In December 2023, the Ministry of Finance published a new national risk assessment on money laundering and terrorist financing. This is the second version of the national risk assessment developed by the Inspector General of Financial Information, which is an update on the first assessment from 2019.

WKB Legal Alert | Deadline for the creation of an e-service address for companies registered with the KRS postponed again – January 2024 update
Companies filing an application for entry in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register ("KRS") as of October 1, 2024 are required to indicate in the application the data necessary to create an electronic delivery address. It will be created automatically, after the data indicated in the application for entry is submitted to the Minister of Digitisation. For companies entered in the KRS before October 1, 2024, the deadline for creating an electronic delivery address has been postponed until January 1, 2025.
