Has advised, among others:

• municipal companies in disputes with contractors of public utility facilities and in negotiations with the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFOŚ), including in court and arbitration proceedings related to the suspension of co-financing payments;
• a public company and its shareholders in a number of proceedings related to an allegation of collusion;
• on disputes between the awarding entity, financing bank, and a consortium of contractors including a bankrupt debtor regarding the settlement of payments for construction works;
• on disputes concerning a public operator’s termination of long-term agreements in the renewable energy sector;
